About University of Essex

The University of Essex is in Colchester, Essex, United Kingdom. This is in the south east of England and an hour or so from London by car.
The uni has nearly 9,000 students and has both courses for undergraduate and postgraduate available.
The main parkland campus is of over 200 acres (over 80 hectares). It features a sport centre and accommodation for all international and first year students. There are six high-rise flats and other halls for students, most of which are situated on campus.
